Terms of service.

Rivalytics is currently in beta. Features may change without notice, data may occasionally be delayed or incomplete, and downtime may occur. We welcome bug reports and feedback at support@rivalytics.io.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rivalytics. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activity conducted under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the Service's security controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties.
• Use the Service to harass, dox, or target individuals.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights or contains malware.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (company lists, notes, preferences). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service collects publicly available information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that information. You are responsible for independently verifying any data you rely on to make business decisions.

Rivalytics is currently free during the beta. We may introduce paid plans before general availability. We will give you reasonable notice before any charges apply to your account.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@rivalytics.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with law. Upon termination your workspace data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
